This is the first brooch in an experimental new series of paper jewelry.

It is deep yellow and has a standard stainless steel pin back that has been placed in the center so that the piece can be worn vertically or horizontally.

At 2 1/8 inch x 1 1/2 it is amazingly lightweight with a clear matte coating.

My paper jewelry is made using recycled paper from SHAPE, an organization on the island of Saint Helena in the South Atlantic Ocean.
