This necklace was design in 2026 while staying on the island of Saint Helena in the South Atlantic Ocean. I’ve used recycled paper made by Saint Helena's Active Participation in Enterprise. SHAPE as it is know is a social business on St Helena that trains vulnerable and disabled adults that focuses on green initiatives, upcycling, and handmade crafts.

The white, paper cones are measured, cut and colored by hand. The are strung on strong nylon cord and have been given a permanent finish to ensure longevity.

Total length is 44 inches so the necklace can be worn long or, my favorite, doubled over.
